How can we help?

Install the theplay.zone app from Download. It waits in your taskbar (Windows, Linux) or menu bar (Mac). Then sign in on theplay.zone and press Play: the app opens the stream by itself. It also updates itself.

Open My library and press Start Session at a location in your package, or Play on a game. If every server there is busy or getting ready, the page says so: try again in a moment. A package is needed to play (Packages).

While you play, press Go live in the app's menu. Your stream goes to your channel on theplay.zone straight away, nothing to set up. To also send it to YouTube, Twitch and more, add those in theplay.zone Studio.

Every stream is saved to your library. Find them under Videos in My library. Don't want that? Untick Save every stream to my videos in Studio.

Your name, email, password and devices are on your Account page. Videos and channels marked for adults (18+) ask you to confirm your age before they play. To change something we set up for you, such as your package, send us a request below.

Use Forgot password, or ask for a sign-in code by email on the sign-in page.
